Contact: hello@turnoveros.com

2. Data we collect

When you sign up for the waitlist we collect:

  • Email address — primary identifier for your registration.
  • Browser language — to send communications in your language (English, Spanish or Portuguese).
  • Form source — section of the site where you registered (e.g. hero, cta).
  • IP address — logged for abuse prevention and security purposes.
  • Registration timestamp — recorded in UTC format.

We do not collect your name, phone number, payment information, or any other identifying data at this stage.

3. How we use your data

  • Send you a confirmation email for your waitlist registration.
  • Notify you when platform access becomes available.
  • Send you relevant product updates during the private beta period.
  • Detect and prevent abusive use of the registration form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Amazon DynamoDB in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region, operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Confirmation emails are sent via Amazon Simple Email Service (SES).

AWS complies with applicable data protection frameworks. You can review their privacy policy at aws.amazon.com/privacy.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe, your record is permanently deleted from our database. There is no automatic time-based deletion.

6. Analytics and cookies

This site may use Google Analytics to measure traffic and user behavior in an aggregated, anonymous way. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your registration — via the unsubscribe link in every email we send, or by contacting us directly.
  • Object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@turnoveros.com.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, least-privilege access control via AWS IAM, and HMAC-SHA256 tokens for unsubscribe link verification.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify you of any material changes by email or via a prominent notice on the site. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
